For quite some time now plastic bags are really really out. We could say out of fashion. Old fashioned. Whatever…

Expressing your gratitude for your employees and clients’ loyalty is beneficial to you as it is to them – a gift with your company’s logo is a wonderful surprise for anyone, while it also works on promoting your brand. But sometimes a mere water bottle simply does not cut it – you want to do better, and you know your employees and clients deserve better, too. This is why we’ve come up with a list of ideas for personalised gift boxes, to show your appreciation for either the hard work or trust that’s been put into your company’s vision from the very start. All you have to do is choose one that suits the situation best. On second thought, why not use all of them throughout the year?
The classic promotional goodie box is always a crowd favourite. The best part about it is that there’s virtually no rules to putting one together, as anything goes – all you have to keep in mind is who the gift box is going to, so as to avoid any mishaps. For instance, if you’re thanking a Muslim co-worker, you wouldn’t surprise them with a bottle of wine, would you? Instead, to play it safe, go for everyday products that are sure to impress.
Drinkware – Everyone loves a water bottle, or a thermos, or a mug, or a glass, or a … Well, you get the idea. Drinkware is something we use on a daily basis, so you can be sure the giftees with like it.
Apparel – Any sort of clothing with your company’s logo or name are sure to impress. However, make sure your brand’s logo doesn’t take up the whole surface of the T-shirt, as people will be less likely to wear it.
Umbrella – Whenever we seem to need an umbrella most, we somehow misplace it. This is why a gift like this is perfect for every occasion. However, consider opting for the foldable kind, as those are more practical.
Charger – We’re on the go most of our day, and sometimes we forget to charge our phones. This is where your gift comes in, letting your employees know you’re there for them in their time of need.
Tote bag – Who could say no to a cute tote? This type of bag has recently become more popular, as it can be used for running errands, shopping, carrying books to school, or can even function as a picnic “basket”.
Completing a work project is always exciting – but what’s even better is the celebration that follows. Surprise your colleague with a selection of party essentials to celebrate your recent success. Whether they toast the triumph at the office or at home, these gifts are sure to motivate them to continue their work with enthusiasm.
Speaker – Nothing says party like some music. Make a playlist of your favourite victory songs (Eye of the Tiger is my personal favourite) and jam out! Many people enjoy listening to music after work to relax as well, so this is the perfect gift.
Shot glass – Some projects are worth celebrating with something stronger. Have your employees take the party home after the work day with a personalised shot glass.
Corkscrew – Sometimes, a toast is all you need, and the champagne tastes even better with some delicious food. This is why a corkscrew is a wonderful gift for your colleagues to take home, as it moves the celebration into the comfort of their homes.
Hip flask – Go all out with a fancy hip flask for your employees, which they can keep for many years to come and remember the excitement they felt on this day.
Biodegradable confetti – Finish the gift box off with some confetti, but don’t forget about our environment. Go for the biodegradable kind and make sure your celebration is environmentally conscious as well.
It’s always somewhat scary when you’re first starting out, which means the newbies at your firm are very likely feeling intimidated by all their experienced co-workers. Ease them into their new workspace by surprising them with a “welcome” gift box, and show them there’s nothing to be afraid of.
Personalised apparel – All it takes is a T-shirt or a hat to feel like you belong. Surprise them with a personalised article of clothing to make them feel like a part of your team. What is more, they can also wear the merchandise at your teambuilding events.
Thermos – They’re probably going to need a lot of coffee to fall into the rhythm of their new workplace, so a thermos is the perfect gift. They’ll always have hot coffee on hand, and in addition, it will also help them stay focused and awake.
Lunchbox – Encourage them to spend their lunch break getting to know the people they work with by gifting them a lunchbox. This way, they’re more likely to bring food from home instead of running out to eat all alone.
Desk organiser – Their new work space will definitely look messy before they figure everything out. Make it easier for them by surprising them with a desk organiser to keep their work desk as tidy as possible.
Tote bag – The next time you see them, they’ll be walking into the office carrying their new tote bag. And why wouldn’t they? It’s practical, spacious, and, what’s most important, makes them a part of the team.
In the past year, online events have become a part of our everyday routine. And, surprisingly, we’ve been dealing with it really well. The only thing that’s missing is the connection with our colleagues – but this can be fixed in no time with a personalised gift box that arrives at their addresses the day before, so the products can be used during the meeting.
Notebook and pen – Clicking in and out of windows while in a video call can be annoying. It’s much easier to take notes by hand, and, if needed, type them out later. Supposedly using pen and paper also boosts creativity.
Coffee cup – Computer screens make us tired, and coffee is sometimes our only saviour. A personalised coffee cup is perfect to have on hand during early online meetings – especially those that require a camera.
Power bank – Getting up from your seat to charge your phone during an online conference is never a good idea, which is why a power bank is incredibly useful in these types of situations. What’s even better is that the employee can use it for months after.
Portfolio – It often happens that we misplace important documents. When we’re attending a conference from the comfort of our home, we’re less likely to get everything ready in advance. A portfolio can make sure we have everything we need on our desk.
USB stick – So much stuff has moved to computers and online working platforms that one USB stick simply isn’t enough. With this new one, your employees can be sure to never run out of space again.
Just like online conferences, work from home is no stranger to us. However, we can all admit it all seems more stressful because of the sudden environment change. To make life easier for those still working from home, put together a care package filled with useful promotional products to make work more comfortable.
Headphones – These bad boys can prevent distraction when working, especially if your employee lives with younger children. On the other hand, some people are more productive when listening to music, which can also be achieved with headphones.
Water bottle – We hate admitting it, but we all sometimes forget to drink enough water. A new bottle on their desk, however, may remind them to stay hydrated during the day. After all, water is insanely important for the proper workings of the brain.
Charging mousepad – Keeping your phone on hand seems more important than ever. A call from your boss may be urgent, so running across the room may put one at a disadvantage. With a charging mousepad, it’ll be right under your fingertips.
Fidget toys – Like already mentioned, working from home can be stressful. This can be combated in many ways, but one that has proven most useful by far is using fidget toys. Stress balls, in particular, have been a popular promotional gift.
Stationery – All pens seem to run out of ink when you most need it, so personalised writing instruments are always welcome. The same goes for all other types of stationery, as it proves useful when you least expect it.
Holiday season is slowly but surely approaching, and this gift box is perfect for just that. Imagine it as a bundle of everything that is comforting and you’ll know exactly what we’re talking about. This box is about providing comfort for your employees on their days off, which lets them know you wish them positivity in their free time as well.
Slippers – They’re the first thing you put on in the morning and the last thing you take off before going to bed, which means they quite literally start and end your day. And there’s no better way to do that than by warm slippers.
Bathrobe – Sometimes a shower or a bath feels so good you never want to get out. But with a comfy and soft bathrobe that features your own name, you just might be persuaded. This is a gift you really want to pay attention to the quality of.
Mug – There’s nothing more enjoyable than taking sips of coffee or hot chocolate during a quiet night in. It brings back memories of childhood, which undoubtedly provides comfort for your employees.
Board games – Quality time with those closest to us is something everyone cherishes. Fun or challenging board games are a family-favourite activity, and therefore make the perfect holiday gift.
Apron – Inspire your employees to cook a delicious meal for their family with a personalised apron. You could even go a step further, and have each employee’s name embroidered to really seal the deal.
